Our story begins with our trip to Spain for the International Zaragoza Agriculture fair in February 2018. While we were growing chilies for ourselves and our chilihead friends in our garden in Urla, we brought Padron and Habanero seeds from Zaragoza and planted them in our greenhouse, and our palate and lives became spicier.

With the beginning of the Pandemic in 2020, new regulations for the e-commerce on hand-made products, our business has started in Urla. We set out as “Magpie Hot” with the encouragement of our Temple of Scoville knights, dear Esat Ayhan and Alparslan Baloğlu, who designed our first labels.

We started to sell our hot sauces, which we produce without any preservatives on Instagram. Our products, which were met with great interest, were sold out in a short time like six months, the idea of moving this experience to a more serious platform began to take shape in our minds.

When there was a problem with the registration of our “Magpie Hot” brand in 2021, we registered our brand “Padronero”, which is the combination of “Padron” and Haban”ero”.  This was the beginning of everything. We then moved to a rented a small place in the center of Urla.

As a gift from the pandemic, Tangör Tan joined us as a full-time partner, and the vision for the future grew with multipliers such as 10X and 100X.

Receiving enormous amount of positive feedbacks and the overwhelming demand we received, led us to increase our investments on our chili adventure in order to make both the agricultural and sauce production aspects of more efficient. Our delicious vegan, gluten free, sugar free, and preservative free hot sauces are continuing to develop and grow every day.

With our new production facility, which we plan to complete in 2024, and the greenhouses to be established right next to this facility, we aim to achieve:

-Green energy generation at a level of 70-80%

-Minimum carbon footprint

-Next to nothing waste

-Zero chemicals and preservatives

-And all vegan production
